LEGAL / PRIVACY
Privacy policy.
How SJK handles information you choose to share with us.
Effective November 4, 2026. This policy describes SJK CREATIVE & TECH, LLC's practices for supported customers in the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. It applies to our website, service inquiries, remote and on-site assistance, billing, and customer follow-ups. It does not authorize service outside this area.
Information collected
We may collect your name, contact details, service location, appointment preferences, device make/model and configuration, descriptions of technical issues, service authorizations, service and invoice history, communications, support notes, and information you voluntarily provide. Our website and hosting or communications vendors may process IP address, browser, device, cookie, diagnostic and security-log data. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive data in an intake form or email.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, verify and schedule appointments, perform troubleshooting, communicate service status, process billing and refunds, maintain continuity notes, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, support security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We may send relevant follow-ups, review invitations, notices about products or services and occasional promotions where permitted by law. We do not condition receiving a purchased service on consent to unrelated marketing.
Payment-card information
SJK's standard practice is not to collect or retain complete credit- or debit-card numbers or security codes in its own customer records. Payments are handled by payment processors and their secure checkout systems, which maintain their own security and privacy practices. SJK may retain transaction references, receipts, payment status, card brand, limited masked card details or refund records supplied by those providers. Do not send complete payment-card details by chat, text or ordinary email.
Remote support and recording
Remote support is initiated with your knowledge and authorization using tools such as Zoho Assist. SJK's policy is not to create or keep screen, audio or video recordings of standard remote troubleshooting sessions. Session tools and communications providers may nonetheless retain connection logs, support chat records, diagnostic metadata, or other information required for security and operation. If a recording is ever proposed for a special purpose, we will disclose it and obtain consent where required before recording. This statement does not represent that every third-party system has zero technical logging or that all telephone calls are unrecorded.
Vendors and information sharing
We share only information reasonably needed with providers assisting with website hosting, remote support, communications and voice services, customer management, payment processing, scheduling, email and fraud prevention, as relevant to your service. Such providers may operate in different U.S. locations or process data according to their own policies. We may share information with authorities when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer. We do not authorize third parties to sell our customer support records for unrelated advertising.
Marketing, calls and opt-out
Service-related appointment, receipt, security and support messages may be necessary to complete your request. Promotional emails provide a practical opt-out method; you may also ask support@sjkcreativetech.com to stop marketing. Marketing texts, automated calls or prerecorded/AI-voice outreach will be sent only with the consent required for the specific communication under applicable law. You can revoke marketing consent, and a marketing opt-out does not cancel important service or legal notices.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no online system is completely secure. We retain service and business records only for as long as reasonably needed for support, lawful business operations, dispute resolution, accounting, security and legal compliance, then delete or de-identify information when practicable and required. Third-party vendors may maintain their own retention periods. We do not promise a fixed deletion timeline where applicable recordkeeping duties differ.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of records we control, opt out of marketing, or ask a privacy question at support@sjkcreativetech.com. We may need to verify identity and may retain records where law or legitimate recordkeeping requires it. Residents of states or territories granting additional privacy rights retain those rights; applicable mandatory privacy law governs any request and our response.
Updates and related terms
We will post material updates with a revised effective date. See our Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy. This page describes SJK's practices rather than superseding a payment processor's, remote-support provider's, or website host's own privacy notice.
